Who writes this?
Who completely made this up?

Pflugh is derived from Pflug, which means Plow.
Hoft is derived from Hof, which means farm.

The origins of that name come from Bohemia in Czechia, where in 1287 Ulricus Pluoch was first mentioned as he bought the castle in Rabenstein. That became Pflugk or Pflug of Rabenstein. Pluoch in Czech is Pluh z Rabštejna, plural is Pluhové.

Eventually those Pluoch or Pluhové migrated towards the North to Prussia and Mecklenburg what is today Germany. The Names changed to Pflugk, Pflughoft and other variations.

It has nothing to do with Sailor, nor Flight.
